GINA FLINCHUM              has worked in finance for over 14 years. Most recently she has served as a                                                      business advisor to a media and publishing consulting firm in New York City,                                                 providing strategic planning and budget analysis. Ms. Flinchum has also assisted on the                                              launch of Citispots - a pocket sized cultural guide to New York City. Her responsibilities                                          have included creating controlled distribution channels through hotel, advertising sales and                                      representing the publication through various other interests.  Prior to Citispots she was the                                  Assistant Manager of Operations for The Metropolitan Museum of Art managing the sales and                               budgets of ten departments within the museum. She graduated with a B.A. in Economics from                           Boston University.
